Terms and Conditions
Our commitment to you
We aim to provide a high standard of professional quality service and fully
deliver the package and service as detailed in your booking. We will provide an
experienced, qualified and professional tutor who will work to ensure that you
receive a service which is as expected.
Your agreement with us
If there is anything you are not happy with, we ask that you speak to us about
it, so that we can make sure we put it right for you. We ask you to ensure that
the venue and location of where services will be delivered is safe, suitable and
meet requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Satisfying any concerns that you as the customer or Ringway Training as the
service provider may have
If we have any concerns about the service we are providing, we will contact the
named person who arranges the booking. Such concerns may include; the
environment in which services are due to take place, the suitability of course
content (if it seems this may be outside of your expectations), unpleasant
attitude or offensive experiences with learners etc.
If you have any concerns about any of the services we provide, the way we conduct
our business, we would like you to get in touch with us so that we can correct
and deal with these issues and offer on-going support and reassurance.
Under normal circumstances, we do not require payment in advance of the service
being delivered, but we do request that payment is made into cleared funds
within fourteen days of the service being delivered by BACS transfer to the
account stated in your invoice. We are happy to negotiate terms of payment and
you can contact us to discuss this.
In the event that payment does not clear within the agreed number of days, we
reserve the right to withhold any further service you may have booked with us
until the outstanding amount is cleared.
We also reserve the right to issue an additional charge of 10% for late payments,
although we aim to avoid this whenever possible.
Payment can be arranged by cheque or credit card using PayPal. Please contact us
if you require one of these methods.
We respectfully ask that postponements or cancellations of services are only made
in absolute extreme circumstances, and that every effort is made to avoid this
In the event that you have to cancel a service being provided we request that
this is made at least five working days whenever possible. We also reserve the
right that to request advanced payment on any future training services in the
event of late payment from a previous service.
In the very unlikely event that Ringway Training have to cancel an agreed date,
100% of monies paid will be returned in full. Alternatively, the date can be
re-arranged should you be agreeable to this.
If you are not entirely happy and want to complain
You can contact us with anything which you
are not entirely happy with and we will aim to deal with your complaint as
quickly as possible with an outcome you are happy with.
Ringway Training is a small company and your custom, commitment and happiness is
essential to us.
